1. Service Description

FundedPlan provides professional business plan writing services for business owners seeking SBA 7(a) loans and conventional bank loans. Each order includes a PowerPoint business plan presentation, a Word document version, and an Excel financial model with 5-year projections.

2. Pricing and Payment

The fee for our service is $1,500, payable in full at the time of order via Stripe. Payment is required before work begins on your business plan.

3. Delivery

We deliver your completed business plan within 5 daysof receiving your completed questionnaire and payment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of your business or the volume of orders being processed.

4. Revisions

Each order includes unlimited revisions at no additional cost. Lender-required compliance fixes are always free. We keep revising until you and your lender are completely satisfied.

5. Refund Policy

If we have not yet begun work on your business plan, you may request a full refund. Once drafting has begun, we are committed to delivering a plan that meets your expectations through our included revision process. If we are unable to deliver a plan that meets SBA 7(a) documentation standards, you will receive a full refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information through our questionnaire. The quality of your business plan depends on the quality of the information you provide. We are not responsible for loan application outcomes.

7. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

While we produce business plans that meet SBA 7(a) documentation standards, we do not and cannot guarantee loan approval. Lending decisions are made by financial institutions based on many factors beyond the business plan, including personal credit, collateral, and industry risk.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the business plan documents we produce for you. We retain the right to use anonymized versions of our work for portfolio samples and marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

FundedPlan's total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($1,500).
